this thursday eve we are delighted to welcome back sheila nicholas of anam cara cellars to share outstanding estate grown wines from their family's vineyard on oregon's chehalem mountains. their sustainable farming method is the foundation for excellent grapes and yields the fruit for these benchmark wines. continuous attention to the vineyards throughout the growing season and great winemaking results in truly elegant oregon pinot noir.
the words anam cara are celtic for "friend of my soul" and symbolize the journey nick + sheila have taken to make their wine, each bottle represents their family and the vineyard that is part of their life.
an added bonus this thursday, we welcome our friends from @coltercandycompany to share samples of their hand-crafted hazelnut toffees with you.
