Thursday Wine Tasting 5:30-7:30: Rosé!
Join us this Thursday to taste the deliciousness that is: Rosé. The perfect summer wine. Rosé has the light, refreshing qualities of white wine, but with the fuller flavor and fruit of a red. We'll be tasting two domestics (including Syncline's latest), one Spanish sparkling Cava from German Gilabert, a Claret and a rosé of nebbiolo. All of these are perfect food wines and a perfect pair for anything off the grill this 4th of July weekend.
