this week we chose to focus on european style rosés, all from the great pacific northwest. we've noticed a real shift this vintage across the board both visually and on the palate. the end result, a more subtle + pleasing pink hue, nice acid, and great balance. rosés are great for lazy afternoon sippin' yet can be serious food wines. we pour rosé by the glass all year round here, but like you, we relish in celebrating it's arrival each spring.
